Minerve – Live in Neubrandenburg

Seit nun mehr 6 Jahren sind MINERVE im Bereich der elektronischen Pop-Musik unterwegs und galten nicht ohne Grund schon kurz nach ihrer
Gründung im Jahre 2002 in diesem Bereich als DER Geheimtipp.
Gestern Abend gastierte also im Alten Schlachthof in Neubrandenburg groß angekündigt Minerve mit ihrem neuen Album Please.
Abendkasse 9,50 € durchaus im Rahmen, Auch die Getränkepreise waren vollkommen in Ordnung.
Wir waren zeitig da, Beginn 22.00 Uhr. Der Alte Schlachthof war eine Überraschung, eine schöne Location im kleinen Rahmen.
Überraschend war auch, wie wenig besucht die Veranstaltung war. Der Schlachthof war nicht einmal halb voll, richtige Konzertstimmung kam so gar nicht auf. Sehr schade, zumal das Brauhaus zu Wallenstein wirklich gut die Werbetrommel gerührt hat.
Um 0.00 Uhr begann die Band zu spielen. Die Musik ist richtig gut, aber ich fragte mich schnell, ob die Jungs keinen Soundcheck gemacht haben oder einfach nur die Anlage zum heulen war. Man verstand so gut wie kein Wort, beim Sprechen zwischen den Liedern krachte es so in den Boxen dass meine Ohren jaulten.
Sie zogen routiniert ihr Programm durch, man merkt, die Gesten und der Auftritt sind ihnen vertraut. Ich persönlich mochte die langsamen Sachen nicht ganz so, mag aber auch daran liegen, dass man die Texte einfach nicht verstehen konnte bei der Soundqualität. Ansonsten absolut gut, würde ich mir durchaus wieder ansehen und anhören. Ein besonderes Leckerli war der Schlagzeuger… ein Augenschmaus 
Alles in Allem ein schöner Abend, guter Stimmung im kleinen Kreis und guter Musik. Und für die Zukunft: Leuts, nehmt solche Angebote an und kommt vorbei – immer nur jammern, dass hier nichts los ist ist total daneben, wenn man nicht hingeht.
Die Aftershow-Party haben wir dann nicht mehr abgewartet, mir saß noch das letzte Wochenende in den Knochen, das ich auf einer Party in München verbracht habe
